Brand idea

The brand is rooted in the values of ecological sustainability and social responsibility, brought together under the overarching theme of meaningful connection: “Rethinking sustainable living – together.”

Design idea

Referencing the site’s railway heritage, the logo combines the shape of a turnout with the initials W and V. Its soft, rounded forms recur throughout the visual identity: in the custom logotype, as well as in the chosen typeface, ITC Souvenir, creating a unified and approachable visual language. The turnout motif also appears as a dynamic background element, while single-line illustrations visualize connection and community. A natural color palette of three distinct greens sets the brand apart from the predominantly red-toned competition, complemented by a warm terracotta accent to evoke a sense of comfort and warmth.
